Ingredients

1 loaf sourdough bread cut into one inch cubes
1 cup butter
1 tablespoon basil
2 eggs
2 cups chicken stock
4 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 onion Onion yellow onion dice small
3 tablespoon Black Pepper
6 stalks celery dice celery small pieces
4 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon thyme
1/2 cup parsley Parsley Flakes
2 cups cranberries
1/2 cup walnuts

Toast sourdough bread

Toast sourdough bread 350 degrees for 30 mins drizzle 4 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning!

In a large pan over high heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Add the onions and celery sauté about 8 minutes. Put it in a bowl. Then sauté the apples for 2 mins add one tablespoon of butter. Mix apples with the onions and celery. Last sauté the walnuts for 2 minutes one tablespoon of butter. Mix all together.

Next add spices!

With everything you just sautéd. Add 1/2 cup parsley , 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon thyme , 1 tablespoon basil and 1 tablespoon black pepper. Add 2 cups of Cranberries. Mix it.

Separate bowl mix 2 egg and 2 cups chicken broth

Mix bread into bowl with sauté stuff and spices.

Combine everything!

Put bread and sauté mixture in large baking pan with cover. Pour chicken broth and egg mixture and gently mix with hands. Then on top or 1/2 cup of butter.

Oven

Put it in oven for about 40 mins at 350 degrees . Make sure to cover it! Should look like this lightly golden brown.
